Join many other shareholders and manage your NatWest Group shareholding online. Sign up to Investor Centre the free, secure self-service website offering a fast and simple way to manage your shareholding.

Key features

The service is operated by our Registrar, Computershare Investor Services PLC, and you can:

• View your current NatWest Group share balance and the market value
• View share balances and market values for all your Computershare managed holdings 
• Update your home address across your portfolio
• Update your bank account details to receive dividend payments
• View your transaction and payment history
• Elect to receive shareholder communications by email
• Download useful forms

Create an Investor Centre account by entering:

• The name of the company in which you hold shares - NatWest Group
• Your Shareholder Reference Number (SRN) which begins with a C, I, or G followed by 10 digits and can be found at the top of any shareholder correspondence received from Computershare
• Your postcode or country (if outside of the UK or Channel Islands)

Create a unique user ID and password and agree to the terms and conditions of the site. As a security measure, Computershare will send a unique activation code to your registered address. Use the code to validate your account and you will then have full access to the Investor Centre.

Electronic communications

Sign up to E-Comms

NatWest Group is committed to reducing its impact on the environment.  Please help us to reduce our paper consumption by choosing to receive your shareholder communications electronically.

By registering for e-comms you’ll receive an email advising you when and how to access documents online, providing you with quick access to documents on the day they are published.

Simply click on the “Sign up to E-comms’ button above and register your details. You’ll need your Shareholder Reference Number which can be found on your share certificate or other shareholder communications. Once your details have been registered, you’ll receive an email from our registrar, Computershare Investor Services PLC, confirming your registration.
